Tonight we say a final goodbye to Flight Lieutenant Colin Gray as he spends his last evening with 470 (Falkirk) Squadron.
Since joining us in October 2019, Colin has been a driving force in helping our squadron grow — not just in numbers, but in spirit. Through dedication and guidance, he has helped our cadets develop into proud, confident young men and women, ready to take on challenges both in and out of uniform.
After a shaky start due to the challenges of COVID, Colin’s commitment, leadership, and passion shone through. Under his watch, the squadron has flourished, and his positive impact will be felt for years to come.
We wish him the very best of luck in his new position and truly hope that our paths will cross again in the future.
Thank you, Sir, for everything you’ve given to 470 — you will be missed.
